Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a sublimation gang sheet?

A sublimation gang sheet is a single large sheet of sublimation transfer paper that holds multiple designs arranged together. The ink is printed onto special transfer paper, then heat pressed so the dye turns to gas and infuses directly into polyester fabric or a poly-coated blank. You arrange your artwork, choose a sheet length, and we print the whole thing as one transfer.

What width are your sublimation gang sheets?

All of our sublimation gang sheets are printed at a fixed 24 inches wide. You simply choose the length you need — from 12 inches up to 120 inches. The longer your sheet, the more designs you can fit on it.

Do I need to arrange the artwork on the sheet myself?

Yes — you are responsible for arranging your designs on a 24-inch wide canvas before uploading. Remember that sublimation prints mirror onto the fabric, so keep any text or logos properly oriented in your file. We print exactly what you send us, so double-check your layout before ordering.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PNG (preferred), PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.AI), and Photoshop (.PSD) files. Your artwork must be at least 300 DPI. PNG files exported at 300 DPI are the most reliable format for clean, accurate sublimation prints.

How do I apply a sublimation transfer?

Place the transfer face-down on a polyester garment or poly-coated blank and press at 385–400°F for 45–60 seconds with firm, even pressure. Remove the paper immediately while it's still hot — there's no peeling to wait on. Sublimation works best on white or light-colored polyester (65%+) fabric and sublimation-coated hard goods like mugs and tumblers.

Can I order just one gang sheet?

Absolutely. There is no minimum order quantity on sublimation gang sheets. Whether you need one sheet or hundreds, we print them all with the same attention to quality. Bulk discounts are available — reach out via our contact page for custom pricing on large volume orders.
