A gang sheet is a single large transfer sheet that holds multiple designs arranged together. Instead of printing each design individually, everything is printed on one sheet so you get more prints for a lower cost per design. You arrange your artwork, choose a sheet length, and we print the whole thing as one transfer.
All of our gang sheets are printed at a fixed 22 inches wide. You simply choose the length you need — from 12 inches up to 72 inches. The wider your sheet, the more designs you can fit side by side.
Yes — you are responsible for arranging your designs on a 22-inch wide canvas before uploading. Make sure all artwork has a transparent background and is spaced at least 0.25 inches apart. We print exactly what you send us, so double-check your layout before ordering.
We accept PNG (preferred), PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.AI), and Photoshop (.PSD) files. Your artwork must be at least 300 DPI with a transparent background. PNG files exported at 300 DPI with transparency are the most reliable format for clean, accurate prints.
Place the transfer face-down on your garment and press at 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure. Peel the film hot (immediately) and allow to cool. For a softer finish, you can cover with parchment paper and re-press for 5 seconds after peeling. Our transfers work on cotton, polyester, nylon, and most fabric blends.
